1. Upon reflection, did you choose the right senior project topic? Why or why not?
Yes, I believe I did because I found it interesting and want to learn more about my topic as it is.
2. Did you conduct enough research for the paper? Why or why not?
Yes, I have over eight works cited pages and enough on my paper to have enough information for people to learn about it.
3. Were you willing to revise the research paper every time? Did you begin the writing process early enough for revision? Describe your revision process. We’re having rough drafts and being able to revise beneficial?
Yes to all because I had to fix my paper many times to get it just right and to help make it long enough to pass.
4. Did you ask your teacher for help when you did not understand a particular assignment or aspect of the project?
Yes, she helped me a lot on everything I needed help with along with my mentor and my mom.
5. Explain what your physical product was. How much time did you spend on your physical product? Could you have put more effort into it?
My product was showing the massages my mentor does on a manican. I think I could have done better and put more effort into it.
6. Did you put forth significant time and effort into your portfolio? Is it professional in appearance? Is it creative? Is it complete? What would you change about it?
I think I did my best with everything I could and if I could I would do my presentation again.
7. How much effort did you put into preparing your oral presentation? Describe your efforts. Did you prepare early enough?
Yes, I had everything I wanted to say and kept the time that I had in my mock presentation the same as my final. I spent every day I could practicing.
8. Do you feel proud of this project? Does it represent your very best work?
Yes and yes because I worked so hard on this project and did the best I could to have it finished and look its best.
9. What was the most challenging part of senior project?
Meeting with my mentor because our schedules conflicted so much.
10. What is the most significant fact or skill that you learned by completing this project?
I learned so much about my product that I didn’t know before I started because before I started I didn’t know anything about cosmetology.
11. How do you think completing senior project will help prepare you for college or a future career?
I think I will do better and try my hardest on everything that is important for my future.

I think I would give myself a B because I don’t think my presentation was as good as it could have been.

I thought the toughest part was the technology because there wasn’t a lot of information on the technology involved in cosmetics.
p2: Peer editing was used extensively in your writing process. How did peer editing help your paper? How has peer editing helped you as a writer?
It helped me see what I needed to add in my paper and what I should take out and made me relize what I do wrong when I write papers.
